A luxury condominium development near the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort’s Jack Nicklaus golf course is underway again after a construction pause during the pandemic.
The Luxe at Desert Ridge will have 223 condos in six buildings with prices starting at around $1 million, according to developer The Statesman Group.
The $145 million development started in 2019, and 100 condos have been built so far. Another 36 homes are underway now, and construction on the final 87 condos is scheduled to start this summer.
