Our Lifestyle Director creates experiences that connect neighbors. Through inspired events and gatherings that cater to the unique tastes and interests of our members, our lifestyle director builds a welcoming family-like atmosphere for all who live here. From wine tastings and fitness classes to outings and adventures, there is a place for everyone to connect and belong. Just steps away from their homes, residents will discover the simple pleasures of meeting up with family and friends for sun bathing, dining, and socializing around the fire pits and outdoor kitchens.
MEMBER SERVICES LIAISON
The Luxe Member Services Liaison will proactively anticipate the needs of our Luxe homeowners in serving as the first point of contact including concierge style services which may include personal services, home services, a resource on local attractions, history, arts and culture, reservations, ticket and transportation arrangements. In addition to various community tasks related to their residency including service vendors, perform property inspections and work orders to support the community management team. This position will also work directly with the homeowners and lifestyle director in creating events and activity programs to build new relationships with our current and future valued homeowners.
SMART HOME
Smart-home technology will allow our homeowners to control their home anytime, anywhere with the simple touch of their smartphone, laptop, tablet, or touchscreen panel. Smart Home Technology includes a doorbell camera, smart door locks, smart thermostat, door/window/motion sensors, and a Honeywell panel that controls all features. In addition, we have fiber optic high speed internet with upload/download speeds of over 250 megabytes per second, WiFi throughout the community and electric vehicle charging stations. Additional upgrade options include integrating an Amazon Echo, Google Home, or Alexa.
